Flower essences

What are they?

Flower essences are water-based extracts of carefully selected flowers, and they are vibrational remedies that contain high-frequency subtle energies that can influence the subtle-energy bodies.

Guided by the "doctrine of signatures," flower essences consider the color, form, texture, fragrance, and thriving environment of a flower. These distinct attributes can have a subconscious and energetic effect on us and influence our behavior and emotions. They are great remedies to promote balance and support where most needed!

How do flower essences work?
So, we understand that energy and matter are dual expressions of the same universal substance.

With the knowledge that all matter is energy, leads to the understanding of how an imbalance in humans’ energetic systems can influence physical or emotional illness.

Quantum physics recognizes each body system as a channel for energy communication and when we influence the human energy field, we can modulate biochemistry and cellular processes. By balancing subtle-energy bodies with flower essences, we can heal emotional and physical illnesses.

As naturopaths we treat our clients holistically because we recognise the connection between the mind and body.

Our approach aims to restore balance and well-being by nurturing positive emotions, replacing negative thought patterns.

We understand that emotions are dynamic energy, and positive emotions resonate at a higher frequency. So, when we attune ourselves to this elevated state, we unlock the power to heal and bring about positive transformations in our lives.

Note:
Quantitative research may not be appropriate for evaluating flower essences in clinical research because this type of literature has methodological problems. For example, defining pain and assessing the severity of pain is completely subjective, and baseline measures would vary between individuals. Instead, qualitative research is more appropriate because it aims to understand human behaviour, and experiences and includes a large variety of research designs that can allow for reflection and subjectivity.
