The plan will outline your treatment goals and how you will achieve them, by providing an explanation of the mechanism of action and clinical evidence. It will also provide any extra resources and evidence-based information tailored for you. The treatment plan will include potential, monitoring systems, testing, and referral letters (if required).
Follow up consultation
30 minutes - $80.00
In this 30-minute follow-up consultation, we diligently track your treatment progress, we will celebrate your improvements, address any emerging symptoms, reconsider goals and will adjust the treatment plan as needed, and evaluate the necessity for additional testing.
Plus, we'll ensure your herbal or supplemental prescriptions are replenished, ensuring your wellness journey remains tailored and effective.
Acute consultation
15 minutes - $40.00
This consultation is for pre-existing clients, and is created for acute presentations, examples include, cold/flu, COVID, stomach bugs, or injury/acute pain.
This consultation is also ideal for renewing prescriptions, providing feedback on new pathology results*, and for clients who would like extra support with achieving treatment goals.
