PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Maddy Rose Naturopath strive to provide the highest quality naturopathic services to our clients.
Fees:
Our consultation fees are listed on our website and may be subject to change without notice.
If we need to order any supplements or other products for you, we will provide you with an estimate of the cost and require
payment in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.
No Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the consultation fee.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Late Arrival Policy:
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to shorten your appointment time to ensure that we can accommodate our other clients' scheduled appointments. In this case, you will be charged the full consultation fee.
Exceptions:
We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent you from providing us with 24 hours' notice of your cancellation or rescheduling request. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
